  拉鍊品質常用鑒別方法： 

布帶染色要均勻，無玷污，無傷痕，且手感柔軟。
牙齒：牙齒表面平滑，拉啟時手感柔軟，且雜音少。
拉頭：自鎖拉頭拉啟輕鬆自如，鎖固而不滑落。
貼布：貼布緊扣布帶，不易斷裂，脫落。
方塊、插鞘：穿插自如，緊固布帶。
上止、下止：上止要緊扣第一粒齒（金屬、尼龍），但距離不能超過 1mm 且結實完美。下止緊扣牙齒或鉗在上面，
                          且結實完美。

選購拉鍊時的重要提示

因拉鍊在不同環境有不同的適應性，因此在選購拉鍊時應向廠家特別提出：

一、拉鍊應用在那類產品上（如皮箱、鞋靴、滑雪衣、雨衣、帳篷、需洗水的牛仔服或酸性較大的皮製品類）或其他特別要求。

二、對拉鍊成份的要求，是否需不含偶氮(AZO)，不含鎳，或可過針器。

拉鍊長度允許公差

因拉鍊在作過程中，機械操作之速度所產生之慣性及考慮鍊齒之完整性，拉鍊將出現允許公差，且長度愈長，其允許公差愈大。
